1. The Product arrived to me in damage condition. What to do with this?
Please take a photograph of the damaged product and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order no. We will inspect the photo and we will either replace the item with no cost or if the product is not available then we will reimburse it by of Coupan.
2. I don't like the product as much OR I have changed my mind OR I don't want to keep the product. What to do?
